This photo was taken be one of my students in the Judicial and Observation Psychiatric Institute (IMEI), Budapest. The most inmates here are legally not responsible for their crime or they are under mental observation. The drawing is on the inner side of a cell/ward door. The image is like the Exploited logo. A rude bullying message is written by red against prison officers under the painting.
